Our mission statement provides us with direction

The mission statement describes our service promise, which includes respectful interaction between customers, employees, and partners, in addition to attractive care and nursing offers and high quality standards. We create safety for all of them and accept responsibility for further development and the safeguarding of the future.

Code of Conduct: following laws and standards

The Code of Conduct of the Dussmann Group is the ethical compass of Kursana. With this body of rules, we obligate our employees on all levels, our suppliers, and our business partners to legally proper behaviour, meaning that they comply with all laws and standards. The goal of the Code of Conduct is to fight corruption at the outset, to obtain fair competitive conditions, to promote respectful cooperation, and to prevent discrimination.
